It’s all changing, this PR malarkey. The industry is desperately trying to avoid becoming peddlers of spam. At the same time almost all are trying to reach the new media. Some are doing it better than others.

I’ve been doing PR (and a little bit of journalism) for slightly too long now.  I’ve been looking at the new media and how it can be used for the last couple of these years.

This site is a collection of thoughts and interests on the B2B PR landscape. Several of the older articles were written for my old work’s blog. Before it decided to rest in peace The World’s Leading also used some of the content.

If you’re short of time and don’t want to read the tomes of scripture that follow then read just this. PR 2.0 is easy for B2B marketing. Target well, write original news worthy stories, engage in conversation rather than spam mailing and don’t be overly pushy. A bit like normal PR really.
